She was responsible for establishing and growing the legal recruiting and professional development department and drove the creation and implementation of the firm's first diversity and inclusion strategic plan. Creedon also practiced corporate and private investment law in both the U.S. and Europe. With over 20 years of professional experience, Creedon will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Fish as a leading employer for legal staff in IP.
