BTIG Expands Structured Products Trading Team with James Mozer


BTIG announced today that James Mozer has joined the firm's Structured Product business within BTIG's Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities division as a Managing Director.

"We are excited to welcome James to the firm," said Alejandro Feely, Managing Director and Head of Structured Products at BTIG. "His unique institutional knowledge and extensive experience makes him an important asset to our team."

Mr. Mozer brings more than thirteen years of industry experience to the firm. Prior to BTIG, he held several positions at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Executive Director and Head of the Non-Agency Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Desk. Earlier in his career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Mozer was a Vice President, Subprime and Options Trader as well as a RMBS Trader.

BTIG's Structured Product Sales, Trding and Strategy professionals are focused on secondary trading as well as facilitating new issue for a wide range of products and client segments including banks, hedge funds, institutional money managers, insurance providers and more. The Structured Products team navigates a global marketplace with precision and a focus on client success.
