Shields Health Solutions to Present Poster on Diabetes Care Model at AACE Annual MeetingShields Health Solutions (ShieldsRx), the premier specialty pharmacy accelerator in the country, announced today that Lillian Piz, Manager of Population Health at ShieldsRx, will present a poster on the effectiveness of its pharmacy liaison-managed diabetes care model at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE) Annual Meeting. The AACE Annual Meeting features state-of-the-art-lectures, advanced learning experiences, engaging sessions, expert panel discussions and abstracts for experts from the field of endocrinology to convene and collaborate. It attracts a range of medical professionals from clinical endocrinology that includes endocrinologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, medical students, residents and fellows in training.
