He was previously SVP of Product Development & Cloud Operations at SAP SuccessFactors, and also served as SVP and General Manager of IT Business Management at CA Technologies, and in leadership roles at Oracle subsidiary Taleo.

Harvey's first initiative is to extend and expand the company's industry-leading customer experience platform to meet quickly changing market requirements.
