Farm Me Raises $3.9 Million With INO and Fundraising Efforts with Backers Near and Huobi
TORONTO, April 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Farm Me, the fantasy metaverse experience, announces the successful fundraising of a total of $3.9 million aided by the reputable backers NEAR, HUOBI & strategic partners, in addition to an initial NFT offering (INO) campaign.
The funds raised will be used to further expand the game ecosystem and pave the way for other non-fungible token (NFT) games to join the metaverse.

Since Farm Me first launched its Alpha version back in December 2021, the game has reached several milestones as the development team focused on improving gameplay. 60,000 registrants helped to test the game throughout the two Alpha and four Beta stages, leading to the sale of over 6,900 NFT boxes during the pre-INO and INO period in February and March 2022.
The launch of the full game on March 15 brought in over 6,800 players in the first week before the project's IDO launch. $NEAR tokens from the NEAR FOUNDATION GRANTS PROGRAM will be used to reward players, and the buzz around Farm Me has been apparent, with high traffic coming in via social media channels and the game's official website.
