Global Technology Firm Headquartered in Hebron Kentucky Announcing Leadership Transitions

HEBRON, Ky., Sept. 1, 2021  /PRNewswire/ -- Pomeroy Technologies, LLC, announces that current Chief Executive Officer Christopher Froman will be retiring as CEO and assuming the role of Executive Chairman of the Pomeroy Board of Directors. Veteran technology leader and current Chief Information Officer Bob Watts will take over as CEO and join the Board. In addition, Chief Revenue Officer John Blackburn will assume the role of President.

Froman returned to serve as CEO in November 2019, having previously led Pomeroy as CEO from 2009 to 2017.

Watts previously was CEO of Greater Cincinnati-based cyber security firm Vivitec, Inc., and has held executive positions at MicroStrategy, PTC, and Texas Instruments Corporations. Bob is a West Point Military Academy graduate and U.S. Army veteran. "Bob is an outstanding leader, and he thoroughly understands our business.
