Capital Allocation During the quarter, the Company bought back 1.1 million shares of its common stock for a total of $25 million. The Board of Directors authorized a $100 million increase to the Company's stock repurchase program. On March 30, 2021, the Company paid $5.3 million to stockholders of record on March 16, 2021, for a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. On April 22, 2021, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 25, 2021.
