Newsweek Names Pacific Life a 2021 Best Customer Service Company
Pacific Life's Life Insurance Division has been named a 2021 Best Customer Service Company in Newsweek's annual "Best of Customer Service" awards. Based on an independent survey, the award recognizes communication quality, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility of customer service.
"Policyowners are the heart of our business and this award recognizes our dedication to being there when they need us," said Dawn Trautman Behnke, executive vice president of the Life Insurance Division. "Purchasing a life insurance policy is a long-term commitment, so responsive customer service matters over the many years you own the policy."
The survey, developed by Newsweek and global research firm Statista, asked participants to review companies that they either considered or purchased from in the last three years. Each category was comprised of 15-20 companies, and the three brands with the highest scores in each category were awarded "America's Best Customer Service 2021."
In addition to this award, DALBAR recognized Pacific Life for providing outstanding telephone service and policyowner support in 2020. Pacific Life has earned DALBAR's Life Insurance Service Award for four consecutive years.

Pacific Life Insurance Company is licensed to issue insurance products in all states except New York. Product/material availability and features may vary by state. Insurance products and their guarantees, including optional benefits and any crediting rates, are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company, but they do not protect the value of the variable investment options. Look to the strength of the life insurance company with regard to such guarantees as these guarantees are not backed by the broker-dealer, insurance agency, or their affiliates from which products are purchased. Neither these entities nor their representatives make any representation or assurance regarding the claims-paying ability of the life insurance company.
Pacific Life Insurance Company's individual life insurance products are marketed exclusively through independent third-party life insurance producers, which may include bank affiliated entities. Some of these selling entities may limit availability of some optional riders based on their client's age and other factors. Your life insurance producer can help you determine which optional riders are available and appropriate for you.
Pacific Life Insurance Company is located in Newport Beach, California.
