Merkle Appoints Erin Hutchinson as Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
Merkle (www.merkleinc.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company, announced the appointment of Erin Hutchinson to Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. In this role, Hutchinson will focus on driving growth for dentsu's Customer Experience Management (CXM) service line through the alignment of regional marketing and communications teams.
A 19-year Merkle veteran, Hutchinson has held various marketing leadership roles within the organization, most recently CMO of Merkle Americas. She has led the coordination and integration of more than 20 acquisitions over the years, expanding the corporate marketing department and spearheading the development of marketing best practices worldwide. Hutchinson is a graduate of Brock University in Canada and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business Leadership and Negotiation Academy.
