Synacor Announces Dismissal of 2018 Class Action LawsuitSynacor (News - Alert), Inc. This lawsuit, Lefkowitz, et al v. Synacor, Inc., et al, No. 19-4232 (S.D.N.Y.), was initially dismissed by the district court on August 28, 2019, and subsequently appealed by the plaintiffs. On October 22, 2020, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed the decision of the lower court dismissing the lawsuit.
