Wardlaw Claims Service and SelectMethods Announce Innovative Joint Venture to Redefine the Policyholder Experience
Wardlaw Claims Service, LLC ("Wardlaw") and SelectMethods, LLC ("SelectMethods"), announce joint venture "Wardlaw Digital" to redefine the policyholder experience. Wardlaw Digital has created a series of personalized videos that are sent to policyholders at every stage of the insurance lifecycle, including touch-points at claim milestones. The joint venture leverages Wardlaw's 55 years as a trusted independent adjusting firm and SelectMethods' creative technology infrastructure, placing Wardlaw Digital as the only personalized video provider in the industry that is built on decades of P&C experience.
Leading Wardlaw Digital's solutions is the launch of Bluejay, a web-based tool strategically built to offer a superb customer experience at infinite scale. Bluejay users are able to communicate with policyholders through personalized videos, which answer their common questions and clarify complex issues without the need for a phone call. Personalized, data-driven videos offered through Bluejay include Onboarding, Catastrophe, Claims and Renewal, each minimizing call center volume, increasing customer satisfaction scores and optimizing digital communication for insurers.
"We know that customers want attention, not a voicemail. Now with Bluejay, insurers can engage every single policyholder by automating and scaling their communications," said Jaime Andino, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Wardlaw Claims Service.
Strategically competing in cost with direct mail options, Bluejay videos are priced on a per send basis similar to a first class letter. Insurers can pilot Bluejay for 30 days with their customers at no cost.
"We have seen the success of personalized video and its positive impact on customer relationships. Wardlaw Digital combines the creative capabilities of SelectMethods and the decades of insurance knowledge of Wardlaw Claims Service to help insurers engage their policyholders in a scalable, authentic way," said Jason Pace, CEO of SelectMethods.
