Jobber Named One of the Fastest-Growing Software Companies on the 2020 Canadian Business Growth List

Canadian Business and Maclean's today named Jobber, the leading provider of home service management software, as one of the top five fastest-growing software companies on its 32nd annual Growth List (formerly Growth 500). This list profiles the country's most successful entrepreneurial businesses by ranking Canada's fastest-growing companies by five-year revenue growth.

"Being named to this year's Growth List is an achievement that highlights the progress we've made in helping the people in small business be successful," says Sam Pillar, CEO & Co-founder at Jobber. "We're still only scratching the surface of the potential that the home service category holds. There are millions of businesses who can benefit from technology like Jobber, and we look forward to supporting as many of them as we can."

Jobber's award-winning platform is used by more than 100,000 service professionals in 50+ industries, including lawn care, plumbing, HVAC, and residential cleaning, to help streamline and grow their businesses. Features such as crew scheduling, electronic quoting, invoicing and payments, two-way texting, CRM, and more, enable service providers to run a more modern, organized, and low-touch business. To date, the platform has helped small home service businesses deliver over $15 billion in services to more than 12 million customers across 47 countries.

"The companies on the 2020 Growth List are really exceptional. Their stories are a master-class in how to survive when the economy throws a curveball. Despite turbulence, the 2020 Growth List companies showed reslience, spirit and, most importantly, empathy and strong leadership," says Susan Grimbly, Growth List Editor. "As we celebrate over 30 years of the Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies program, it's encouraging to see that the heart of Canada's entrepreneurial community beats strong, even in tough times."

"Home service providers are the backbone of our economy and yet, are historically underserved," says Shawn Cadeau, Chief Revenue Officer at Jobber. "Jobber is proud to empower these professionals by providing technology that gives them the opportunity to compete and win against much larger competitors. Inclusion on this year's Growth List further validates the need for our technology in the market, and we look forward to supporting many more customers in the future."

The Growth List ranked Jobber #4 in software and #27 overall out of a total of 415 named to the list. Growth winners are profiled in a special print issue of Canadian Business published with Maclean's magazine and online at CanadianBusiness.com.
