Parity.org Publishes The Parity Model to Help Organizations Reach Parity in Corporate Leadership
NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Parity.org published The Parity Model™, a new toolkit for organizations as they look to increase diversity in their leadership. The Parity Model includes three pillars — Representation, Equality, and Inclusion — and eight actionable tips that leaders can use to sustain an inclusive organization and achieve parity at the top of their organization.

The introduction of The Parity Model will support this growth by providing companies with a toolkit to identify effective areas of change and implement best practices for sustainable progress.
