Workforce Logiq Hires William T. Rolack, Sr. as VP of Diversity and Inclusion


Workforce Logiq, a global provider of AI-powered workforce intelligence, technology, and services to large corporations, has hired William T. Rolack, Sr. as its VP of Diversity and Inclusion. Rolack will lead Workforce Logiq's diversity and inclusion strategy, strengthen the company's culture of belonging, and advise clients looking to develop and improve diverse workforce and human capital management strategies.

Rolack has extensive experience helping companies achieve their business goals by leveraging diversity and inclusion initiatives. Most recently, he was Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Consultant for Diversity Best Practices, where he created, grew, and measured first-in-class diversity initiatives for over 225 corporate clients. Rolack was also Senior Director, Workforce Strategy, Diversity, Inclusion, and Strategic Alliances for Major League Baseball's Office of the Commissioner and the Director of Global Marketplace Diversity and Inclusion for Adecco Group North America.
