Dynatrace Accelerates Expansion in Japan - New Leadership and Expanded Language Support

TOKYO, Sept. 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Software intelligence company Dynatrace, today announced an expanded presence in Japan, signaling the launch of its Japanese expansion strategy.

The public cloud market is strong in Japan, expected to grow from US$8 billion to US$18 billion by 2023 with gaming, digital native, retail and consumer and financial services leading the pack. The COVID-19 crisis is accelerating the country's digitization especially in digital healthcare services, digital government ID and payment methods.

Dynatrace has appointed Inoue Takehiro, an IT veteran with nearly 30 years in enterprise IT software industry, to lead the company's Japan operations as Country Director. Prior to joining Dynatrace, Takehiro drove market development strategy and the partner businesses at Japan CA, the Japanese branch of CA Technologies.

Takehiro-san will help drive the company's overall vision and enable Japanese organizations to accelerate their digital transformatin with Dynatrace's AI-powered observability platform. Takehiro-san is also focused on strengthening Dynatrace's strategic partnership with local Solution Partners, Global System Integrators (GSI) and Technology Alliance Partners such as Seiko Solution, NTT Data, DXC, Microsoft, Red Hat and Amazon.

Dynatrace has also recently launched DynatraceONE Premium, a post-sales support program, strengthening Dynatrace's commitment to Japanese customers' success. Dynatrace is also providing Japanese-language translations of DynatraceONE customer onboarding webinars to provide self-service resources for local customers. These webinars will be available in the Dynatrace University.
