Skilljar Expands Suite of Webcasting Integrations to Help Scale Remote Customer and Partner Learning

Skilljar, the leading Customer Training Platform for enterprises, today announced two enhancements to its remote learning capabilities in partnership with GoToWebcast and Cisco (News - Alert) Webex. These enhancements build on Skilljar's ability to offer enterprises a unified and efficient way to conduct live customer training events at scale.

Skilljar expanded its suite of virtual and remote learning integrations to include GoToWebcast by LogMeIn (News - Alert), allowing businesses to host large-scale webcasting events from within the Skilljar platform. The company also announced the ability to authenticate Webex Training in Skilljar with Single Sign-On, providing users with the most stable and secure method to authenticate Webex accounts from within Skilljar.

With the new integrations, joint customers can facilitate and track virtual, instructor-led training events with up to 5,000 people, while siultaneously enabling students to register for and access live events from within their learner portal. As with all of Skilljar's live training integrations, registration and attendance data automatically sync with Salesforce to provide a comprehensive view of customer training activity.

"As the impact of COVID-19 requires companies and institutions to accommodate remote learning now more than ever before, we see these expansions as critical components of our integrations ecosystem," said Sandi Lin, CEO and Co-founder of Skilljar. "The needs of our customers are rapidly changing alongside the emergence of this 'New World of Work' and we are committed to providing the resources they need to successfully reach their audiences and measure impact."

GoToWebcast is the newest addition to a comprehensive collection of remote live training options in Skilljar. Other remote learning integrations include Zoom Video Webinars, Zoom Meetings, Webex Training, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, and GoToWebinar.
