WomenInc. is a leading magazine dedicated to comprehensive coverage of women's achievement in business. The magazine announced their 2019 Most Influential Corporate Directors, a comprehensive listing of women executives, influencers and achievers contributing leadership to corporate boards, on December 10, 2019.

Jean Halloran, a Keysight director since October 2014, served as senior vice president of Human Resources for Agilent Technologies (News - Alert) from August 1999 through October 2014. She directed all aspects of Agilent's talent and rewards management, leadership development and culture. Ms. Halloran has long-term experience in human resources, extending to when she joined Hewlett Packard's Medical Products Group in 1980. Within that group, she held various positions in manufacturing, quality and strategic planning as well as human resources. In 1993, Ms. Halloran headed human resources for HP's Measurement Systems Organization and, in 1997, was appointed director of education for the company.
Joanne Olsen, a Keysight director since May 2019, most recently served as executive vice president of Global Cloud Services and Support at Oracle (News - Alert) Corporation until her retirement in 2017. In that role, she drove Oracle's cloud transformation services and support strategy, partnering with leaders across all business units. She previously served as senior vice president and leader of Oracle's applications sales, alliances and consulting organizations in North America. She began her career with IBM (News - Alert), where, over the course of more than three decades, she held a variety of executive management positions across sales, global financing and hardware.
