Ares Management Announces Launch of Offering of Class A Common StockAres Management Corporation (NYSE:ARES) ("Ares" or the "Company") today announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of Class A common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of the Company.
