D.A. Davidson Adds Public Finance Professionals to Denver Group


D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that three municipal investment banking professionals have joined the firm's Special District Group in Denver as part of the firm's continued expansion of its public finance practice.

Joining the firm are Michael Ryan, Cory Johnson and Ludvig Ragnarsson, all serving as quantitative analysts with the firm's Special District Group, which is ranked No. 1 among bond underwriters for Colorado special disrict financings, according to data from Thomson Reuters (News - Alert) and the Colorado Division of Securities. Ryan worked previously with Wintrust Financial Corp., Johnson was with United Properties, and Ragnarsson has experience with a Swedish real estate firm. Both Johnson and Ragnarsson recently completed master's degrees, with a focus on real estate, from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
