Arlene Yocum Elected to The Glenmede Trust Company Board of DirectorsGlenmede, a privately held and independently owned investment and wealth management firm with $40 billion in assets under management (AUM), today announced the election of Arlene M. Yocum to its Board of Directors. She becomes the 14th Director, three of whom are women. Ms. Yocum has decades of experience in financial and legal services and brings a strong fiduciary background to Glenmede's board. Most recently, she served as executive vice president within PNC (News - Alert) Bank's Asset Management Group, from which she retired in 2017 following a 27-year career at the firm. Prior to PNC Bank, Ms. Yocum was legal counsel for Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo (News - Alert)) and in private practice with the law firm Blank Rome LLP.
