Progress Partners and SI Partners Advise Mad*Pow on Its Sale to Tech Mahindra
Progress Partners, a Boston and New York-based M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it acted as joint advisor, working with SI Partners, a global M&A advisor and growth consultancy, to Mad*Pow on its sale to Tech Mahindra, an India based technology company. This deal looks to bring an increase in UI/UX talent and U.S. customer base for Tech Mahindra.
Mad*Pow combines a unique product offering with a diverse clientele, this acquisition will provide Tech Mahindra with a broader digital footprint in the U.S. as well as the world. "The acquisition of Mad*Pow by Tech Mahindra will allow us to continue to work with our clients to put people at the center, designing to achieve social impact and business value, now through an even broader and diverse network," said Amy Heymans, Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Mad*Pow.
The M&A advisory team from Progress Partners, which acted as joint financial advisor to Mad*Pow on the transaction, was led by Chris Legg.
