In her current role, D'Andrea will be responsible for assisting financial institutions with their overall technology, including the vendor selection process. With more than 20 years as a technology professional, D'Andrea has played key roles at financial institutions and has worked with over 300 clients, supporting software upgrades and implementations, and advocating for operational satisfaction. Additionally, she has managed teams responsible for maintaining banking software including core systems, online bankig systems, real-time ATM, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and ancillary systems. She previously worked with Fiserv, Inc. as director of client management, First Place Bank as vice president of IT-core systems, Too, Inc. and Bank One Corporation as a senior financial analyst. Focused on fostering vendor relationships and managing project implementation, D'Andrea brings a broad set of experience including client management, project management, sales and information technology.
