MTX Group commits to one year paid maternity leave


FRISCO, Texas, July 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- MTX Group Inc. is excited to announce their new Maternity Leave Policy, with effect from 2020. Under the new policy, all-female employees will be entitled to paid maternity leave of 12 months while their male counterparts will have a 3 months paternity leave option.

MTX is sincerely invested in creating an inclusive work culture. This policy is one out of the several initiatives at MTX to create a company culture that is more conducive to women, in addition to being a step toward building a healthier work-life balance for new parents. This significant development also reflects how corporations can bridge the gender gap, the major focus at the Annual MTX Leadership Summit this year.
