Kaloom to Present at Interop 2019

Kaloom, an emerging leader in the automated data center networking software market, today announced that its Chief Technology Officer Suresh Krishnan will speak at Interop (News - Alert) 2019 in Las Vegas. The adoption of software defined networking has brought many benefits to cloud and data center environments but has added to the proliferation of virtual machines (VMs), introducing network latency and reducing throughput for business-critical applications. Krishnan's presentation titled, "Containerization and Offloading: Streamlining Cloud / Data Center Environments," will explore different approaches to solving this challenge including using containers, offloading data plane functions to different types of hardware, and alternative architectural approaches via software to eliminate or reduce redundant VM features. The session will occur Thursday, May 23, from 3:30 - 4:20 p.m. PDT in Grand Ballroom C.

Interop 2019 will be held May 20-23, at the Mirage in Las Vegas, NV, and is an event where IT professionals can meet and learn from each other about new strategies, products and services, and hear from peers experiencing the same challenges and issues.
