Global Leaders In Cyber Defense To Convene In Atlanta


ATLANTA, May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) will gather top national cyber security leaders for the first-ever Cyber Alliance Forum on June 11 in downtown Atlanta.

Headlining the event as scheduled keynote speaker is Jeanette Manfra, the Assistant Director of Cybersecurity for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

Manfra will be joined by a high-profile cyber security panel that includes global thought leaders on the latest cyber defense strategies. Panelists include:

  • Maj. Gen. Patricia A. Frost (Ret.), Former Director of Cyber, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, U.S. Army
  • Geoff Hancock, Principal & CISO, Advanced Cyber Security Group
  • Shaun Khalfan, Information Risk Leader, Freddie Mac
  • Kimberly Watson, Technical Director for Integrated Adaptive Cyber Defense, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory

The interactive event also features a "live hack," allowing participants to experience a live cyber attack and watch as leading experts react and engage, using real-time cyer defense techniques.
