Research Innovations, Inc. Announces Award on $37B IDIQ Contract for C4ISR WorkALEXANDRIA, Va., May 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Research Innovations, Inc. (RII) is excited to announce its award of the U.S. Army's Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract, a $37.4 billion indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) program that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world.
This contract award continues the strong relationship RII has had with key Army and DOD customers, providing responsive solutions to the most pressing current and emerging operational needs. The RS3 competitive bid process highlights RII's commitment to providing advanced technology solutions that meet current and emerging warfighter needs across the spectrum of strategic, operational, and tactical requirements. The contract, managed by the Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD (ACC-APG), provides knowledge-based professional services for government programs that have C4ISR mission requirements. The five-year base contract ordering period and five-year optional ordering period will enable new contract awardees, including RII, to compete for task orders that support multiple C4ISR service areas. RS3 primary service areas include (but are not limited to) Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.
