Agora Financial Opens Customer Care Center in Hunt Valley, MDOn December 1, 2018, Agora Financial LLC, a financial research firm that provides independent economic commentary, analysis and education through print issues, online publications, videos, and conference calls, opened its new customer care center. Located in Hunt Valley, MD, the 14,000-square-foot facility features a state-of-the-art call center, large cafeteria, game room and capacity to support more than 100 workstations. The call center was the culmination of months of planning by a team focused on one goal - to provide world-class support for Agora Financial customers. Since opening the new center, Agora Financial has created and filled over 30 customer support and telephone sales jobs. "The past three months have been an exciting time for Agora Financial. The Hunt Valley office was designed with the future in mind and is spacious enough to support current and future needs of the business. The fully renovated space features an open floor plan that encourages collaboration amongst different support teams. New and old employees alike are trained in the five trining rooms. In addition to the five training and meeting rooms, the Hunt Valley location features a high-tech conference room, a reception area and foosball and Ping-Pong tables for employee activities.
