He was a managing director at Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, and founded two independent boutique investment banks. As the EVP of Corporate Development and Strategy for Aether Systems, he negotiated and consummated more than a dozen acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
