Broadvoice Hires Two Regional Channel Managers in the Midwest and Northeast Regions


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadvoice®, an award-winning provider of hosted voice, unified communications (UC) and SIP Trunking services for businesses, has once again expanded its channel management team with the additions of Cathy Banks and Erald Lika to cover the country's Midwest and Northeast regions, respectively.

The latest appointments follow the recent hire of Southeast Regional Channel Manager Brian Kelly to further support the company's thriving national partner program.

Along with award-winning sales leadership, Cathy brings 19 years of experience in telecommunications and channel management. Prior to joining Broadvoice, she was a channel sales manager at Charter Business. Before that, she worked as a district dealer manager at Windstream, where she earned Windstream Elite for five years in a row. Cathy covers North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Erald comes to roadvoice with 14 years of experience in telecommunications and three and a half years in channel management. Previously, he was senior manager of strategic partner development at CloudInsyte, where he was recognized for generating new revenue of $375,00 in gross sales during his first six months. Prior to CloudInsyte, he was a channel sales manager at Fatpipe Networks and before that he worked at XO Communications, where he ranked first in the Northeast Region in 2014 and 2016. Erald Lika handles New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC and Rhode Island.
