Panini Makes Strong Investment in Global Technical Services


DAYTON, Ohio, Feb. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Panini is pleased to announce that effective February 4, 2019, Shawn Hilliard joined the company as Senior Vice President, Global Technical Services (GTS) and will lead the company’s global services organization with responsibilities including services delivery, services program definition & development, commercial results & operational excellence, and strategic direction & growth. Additionally, Jeff Earley has joined the Panini team in the role of Director, GTS Operations, and will report directly to Hilliard. These key additions will be instrumental in Panini’s strategy to support continued growth while extending its market leadership position.

Shawn Hilliard comes to Panini after a highly successful, thirty year career leading global service operations with Trimble, a $2.65 billion multi-national provider of GPS, laser, optical and wireless technologies. Shawn’s product and market knowledge is directly relevant to Panini’s business, including his tremendous background in electro-mechanical hardware products and the sale and support of software. He has broad experience in global markets, including responsibility for managing five global spport centers. His experience also includes areas critical to Panini such as strategic planning and first-hand expertise on leveraging global channels for the sale and delivery of services.

His global service experience includes support of Fives Group service operations and customers in the Americas, Europe and the Far East.
