SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm, has added Kimberly Rodichok to its consulting team as a Director in their Technical Accounting and Regulatory Advisory Services Practice. As Director, Kimberly joins Brian McAuliffe, both of whom will support Greater Washington D.C. metro businesses in the areas of business transformation and project management.

Kimberly, a seasoned management consultant with an accomplished history of providing counsel to federal clients, has a proven track record of effectively overseeing teams and elaborate projects. With a complementary blend of delivery skills in the areas of finance, budget, technology, strategy and project management, Kim is an asset to any client looking to navigate complex situations and drive revenue, while simultaneously growing their business. With cross-discipline CxO experience, Kim's strength lies in advising clients in accelerating excellence through the execution of large-scale business transformation initiatives and measured operational improvements.

She currently holds an active security clearance and consistently maintains top-level performance ratings within intensely competitive environments. Kim obtained her B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from George Washington University and attended the Yale School of Management.



Brian has over 25 years of experience in strategy, organizational design, business process re-engineering, change management, and systems implementation work supporting the banking, non-profit, and government industries. He has conducted the full spectrum of transformation work from business case and strategy formation to design, testing, and implementation. He has advised domestic and international C-suite clients on a broad range of functional areas from strategic planning to enterprise resource planning systems implementation.

He received a BBA in finance from Marymount University and an MBA from the University of Rochester. He will be responsible for the business transformation consulting practice to commercial and government clients. He focuses on delivering program and project management, business process improvement, change management, organizational design, and strategy integration.
