Dan Nash Joins MZ as Chief Financial Officer


Machine Zone, the mobile gaming company that connects millions of players across the globe, today announced the appointment of Dan Nash as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Nash will be responsible for all aspects of MZ's financial operations, including finance, accounting, investor relations, audit, tax and treasury. Nash brings his deep knowledge of the technology industry to MZ to further strengthen MZ's executive team as the company continues to establish its dominance in mobile gaming.

"Dan has extensive experience advising leading Internet and mobile businesses and is going to be a tremendous asset to help round out MZ's leadership team."

Before joining MZ, Nash was a Managing Director and Hed of Internet Investment Banking at Wells Fargo (News - Alert) Securities. In this role, he advised Internet companies from around the world on IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and other equity and debt financings. Nash grew the Internet investment banking business significantly at Wells Fargo and was the lead banker on a number of notable transactions including Carvana's IPO and Waitr's recently completed sale to Landcadia.



Prior to Wells Fargo, he served as Director of Internet Investment Banking at BofA Merrill Lynch. In this role, Nash worked on a number of high profile transactions, including the IPOs of Zynga (News - Alert), LinkedIn, Zulily and Facebook. He also held multiple investment banking and finance positions at BofA Merrill Lynch, Riverstone Networks and Intel Corp.
