Ceridian Canada Earns a Place on the 2018 Best Workplaces™ for Millennials List for Second Consecutive Year

Ceridian, a global human capital management (HCM) technology company, today announced it has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials for the second consecutive year by independent analysts at Great Place to Work® Institute Canada.

"Millennial employees, like every generation, want their workplace culture to align with their values and inspire a sense of purpose," said David Ossip, CEO and Chairman, Ceridian. "We are very fortunate to employ talented, innovative, and engaged young people who bring Ceridian's brand promise of 'Makes Work Life Better' to life in the exceptional work they do every day."

In addition to new graduate programs focused on determining fit, Ceridian's offers their people competitive salary and benefits, the ability to work virtually or adjust schedules to accommodate personal obligations, and an open vacation policy emphasizing work life blend - programs which also happen to appeal to Millennials.

"We are privileged to have young people choose to grow their careers with us, and we strive to provide an environment where they can truly thrive," said Lisa Sterling, Chief People and Culture Officer, Ceridian. "The modern Millennial workforce is not just looking for a job, they're looking for a way of life, and we are happy to provide them with a workplace culture that encompasses the flexibility, autonomy, and sense of community we know they truly value."

Great Place to Work determined the 2018 Best Workplaces for Millennials List based on the overall Trust Index Score of Millennials working within a list of eligible Canadian Organizations. Eligible organizations must have at least 30% of their employees qualify as Millennials, in this case, defined as those born after 1980, and at least 90% of those employees must believe that they are treated fairly regardless of their age.
