Virence Health Technologies Announces Three New Executive HiresVirence Health Technologies today announced the addition of three new executives to bolster their Technology, Services and Support, and Legal / Compliance functions. Karl Salnoske joins the company as the Senior Vice President, Engineering & Operations; Sal Mahbouba as Senior Vice President, Professional Services & Support; and, R.J. Timmons as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. "I am extremely excited to welcome these three executives to our team," said Bob Segert, Chairman and CEO of Virence. Karl Salnoske joins Virence most recently from Laureate Education, Inc., where he was an Executive Vice President and the company's first Chief Information Officer. While at Laureate, he was responsible for the transformation of the global Information Technology function. His prior experience also includes senior leadership roles with, IBM (News - Alert), Schering-Plough and McKinsey & Company. Under Salnoske's leadership, the company will be bringing engineering together with Cloud operations to drive a more fully integrated "DevOps" culture hat will increase product release velocity and drive even higher levels of product quality, service reliability and responsiveness. Sal Mahbouba joins Virence from Ratava Partners, where he is currently a Managing Partner. Mahbouba's professional experience includes several senior leadership positions with Diebold, Avaya and Oracle (News - Alert) Corporation where, across those, he held operational excellence and global leadership roles with full P&L accountability, global support services delivery, customer onboarding and leading optimum customer value creation programs. Leveraging that broad experience, Mahbouba will more seamlessly integrate Virence's services and support capabilities to better help our customers achieve their objectives and to further build out the company's optimization and business process support capabilities. R.J. Timmons joins Virence from Alorica Inc. where he was most recently Associate General Counsel. In prior roles, Timmons was a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at PHNS Inc. and the Associate General Counsel at Expert Global Solutions prior to its sale to Alorica in June of 2016. One of the key areas Timmons will focus first will be to improve existing contract processes with an eye on the customer experience. Additionally, he will enhance and expand the company's Compliance and Government Relations programs to stay ahead of the game in healthcare's ever-changing regulatory environment.
