2018 Global Semiconductor Alliance Award Nominees Announced


The Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) is pleased to announce the 2018 award nominees for the GSA Awards Dinner Celebration. Featuring a Master of Ceremonies format hosted by Wayne Cotter, a top, nationally touring stand-up comedian, the celebration will take place on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California. The program will recognize individuals and companies that have demonstrated excellence through their vision, innovation, execution and future opportunity. These nominees will be honored for their achievements in several categories ranging from outstanding leadership to financial accomplishments, as well as overall respect within the industry.

The evening's program will recognize leading semiconductor companies that have exhibited market growth through technological innovation and exceptional business management strategies. The award categories and nominees (in alphabetical order) are as follows:

Rising Women of Influence Award

GSA is excited to introduce a new individual award this year: The Rising Women of Influence Award, to be presented annually. Top women executive leaders in the semiconductor industry can be excellent role models for other rising female stars. It takes amazing talent, technological prowess, business acumen and true grit for any person to rise to the top of their industry, so it means that these women are truly extraordinary. The Rising Women of Influence Award recognizes and profiles this next generation of women leaders in the semiconductor industry that are believed to be rising to top executive roles within their organizations.
