Select Interior Concepts Appoints Shawn Baldwin as General Counsel

Select Interior Concepts, Inc. ("SIC" or "the Company") (NASDAQ:SIC), a diversified building products and service company focused on high-value, high-margin home interior products, announced that Shawn Baldwin has been appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Baldwin (47) will report directly to Tyrone Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of SIC. Mr. Baldwin will be an integral part of the leadership team, helping to steer the ongoing growth of the company. In addition to managing the legal functions of the Company, Mr. Baldwin will provide senior management with comprehensive advice on Select Interior Concepts' overall strategies.

Prior to his role as SVP of International Legal, Shawn served as Vice President M&A and Technology transactions for Equifax. In these roles he supported Equifax's global &A efforts, and directed Equifax's International legal function, supporting key business operations and growth initiatives for Equifax's International business unit that operates in over 20 countries worldwide. Before joining Equifax, he served as a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP and a Partner at Alston and Bird, LLP.
