Pulse Electronics Introduces J1V Series Top Entry Ethernet Magnetic Connector Modules


Pulse Electronics' Networking Business Unit, a leading provider of electronic networking and communications components, introduces its new J1V series of 1x1 Top Entry 1000Base-T to 10GBASE-T 4P PoE Ethernet Connector Modules. This series also includes options for LEDs and 4 and 5 channel magnetics for 10GBase-T. The package is ideal for applications requiring higher bandwidth and higher power, such as Base Stations, IPTV (News - Alert), Gateways, Video Displays, and Thin Clients.

"The new J1V series of 1x1 top entry modules provide a great solution for applications requiring higher bandwidth and higher power, such as base stations, IPTV, video displays, gateways and thin clients."

The J1V 1x1 top entry features 100Base-T, 2.5Gbase-T, 5Gbase-T and 10GBase-T performance as well as 4P PoE up to 90 W. They are RoHS 6/6 capable and compatible with all major PHYs.
