Iron Mountain Announces Melissa Marsden, SVP Investor Relations, to Retire; Greer Aviv Joining Company to Lead Investor RelationsBOSTON, Sept. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the storage and information management company, announced today that Melissa Marsden, senior vice president, investor relations, will retire after six years of service with the company and more than 35 years in the IR field. Joining Iron Mountain on October 1, 2018 as senior vice president, investor relations will be Greer Aviv. Marsden will transition her IR responsibilities to Aviv by the end of the year. During her tenure with the company, Marsden served as primary contact for the investment community, transitioned the investor base and enhanced financial disclosure following the company's successful conversion to a REIT, and drove inclusion in major REIT and Socially Responsible Investment indexes. She also led a team responsible for public relations, customer communications, government affairs and internal communications. "On behalf of Iron Mountain, I'd like to thank Melissa for her contributions," said Stuart Brown, EVP and chief financial officer. "Melissa's deep IR and communications experience and her relationships within the investment community were very valuable as Iron Mountain became a REIT and evolved its global market leadership position. Melissa has been a key member of the finance leadership team, and we wish her the best in her well-deserved retirement. "At the same time, I am pleased to welcome Greer Aviv to the lead investor relations role at Iron Mountain," Brown added. "Greer brings 20 years of finance and communications experience, including positions in investor relations and equity research, most recently as head of Investor Relations for CoreSite, a leading data center REIT. The investor and analyst relationships she has nurtured within the REIT and technology sectors are a great fit with Iron Mountain's investment focus in the data center space. We are excited to have found someone with such a depth of experience and strong relationships with the investor community to replace Melissa." Aviv joins Iron Mountain from CoreSite, where she was most recently vice president, investor relations and corporate communications serving as primary investor contact and developed the company's IR program following its IPO. She successfully attracted technology-focused and generalist analysts, more than doubling the number of sell-side analysts and diversifying the investor base. Prior to CoreSite, Aviv was head of IR for Arrow Electronics, a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions. Earlier in her career, Aviv was an analyst in the consumer goods: packaged food/agribusiness sector with Stephens, Inc., a privately held regional investment bank, and Prudential Equity Group where she was part of a top-ranked Institutional Investor equity research team. Aviv has a BA in psychology from University of Michigan. About Iron Mountain
