Kronos to Discuss Future of Work at 2018 HR Technology Conference and Exposition

Kronos (News - Alert) Incorporated:

Who:

Jessica Griffin, vice president of global product management for Kronos Workforce Ready, will kick off the first day of the 2018 HR Technology Conference and Exposition by participating in the panel "AI, Blockchain, and VR: Are They Here To Stay?", a featured session in the event's Women in HR Technology track. In her role at Kronos, Griffin leads the design and development of Workforce Ready, the market's fastest-growing full-suite human capital management (HCM) solution for HR, payroll, talent, and timekeeping.

What:

HR professionals face uncharted territory as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, machine learning, and other emerging technologies increasingly support critical functions across HR, such as talent acquisition and talent management. Griffin's session will explore the emerging technologies that mean the most to HR professionals, help them distinguish true innovation from passing fads, and identify achievable opportunities to transform their HR operation with promising new solutions.

Why:

We live in a society that is built upon a foundation of technology. As technology constantly evolves, the future of work also evolves in real time. Organizations must prepare to incorporate emerging technologies - such as AI, blockchain, and machine learning - into their processes and workflows to unburden both managers and employees from low-value tasks to allow them to focus on work's more important and most rewarding aspects.

When:

Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 10:30-11:15 a.m. in the Lando room

Where:

The Venetian Las Vegas
3355 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
Las Vegas, NV 89109
Kronos booth 1920

Bonus:

Sharlyn Lauby, president of ITM Group, HR Bartender blogger, and board member at The Workforce Institute at Kronos, will also present the session, "HR Tech Talk: Offboarding Is Just As Important as Onboarding," on Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 10:30-10:50 a.m. in the HR Tech Talks Theater 2928.
