GNB Industrial Power Named Preferred Partner By Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) and Rapidparts Inc.

ATLANTA, July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- GNB Industrial Power, a division of Exide Technologies (www.exide.com), announced today its continuation as a preferred partner through 2020 for batteries and solutions by Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) and Rapidparts Inc. (Rapidparts). Rapidparts, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCFA, supplies Cat^® lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich^® dealers and their customers with quality forklift replacement parts, regardless of the make or model.

Through the GNB program, MCFA dealers will have access to the latest GNB products and solutions, including the new Fury X-3™ line of chargers and the new GNB® LiFTFORCE LPX™ lithium-ion battery, which was recently introduced at MODEX 2018 and will be commercially available in July.

Fury X-3, the new line of GNB chargers, will roll out beginning this summer. They are modular multi-voltage opportunity chargers designed for industrial battery fleet applications and ready to charge almost any motive battery from lead acid (Gel, AGM and Flooded) to Lithium Ion.

In addition to these new products, MCFA dealers will have full access to GNB's extensive battery portfolio, to meet the evolving power needs of the material handling industry.
