Four Springs Capital Markets Appoints Eric Paul as PresidentFour Springs Capital Markets, a financial services firm focusing on commercial real estate investment products, announced today the appointment of Eric Paul as President. Mr. Paul is a long-tenured industry executive, having served as Chief Marketing Officer of Black Creek Group and Dividend Capital since 2004, where he was responsible for all aspects of the marketing process for a suite of commercial real estate investment programs targeted to financial advisors, retail investors and institutional investors. While at Black Creek Group and Dividend Capital, Mr. Paul oversaw the company's marketing and product development process, leading to the successful launch of five real estate investment trusts, a 1031 exchange program, and other commercial real estate investment programs. Previously, Mr. Paul was Vice President of Marketing for Spencer Trask Ventures, where he led marketing for the firm's private equity investments. In prior roles, he served in a variety of management capacities for marketing consulting firms such as Addison and Interbrand.
