The partnership between Adobe and has also advanced the agency's capabilities to customize email offerings. By utilizing customer data, has been able to refine the deals it offers its customers, making them more relevant to what travelers are really looking for. For example, for a past summer campaign in Toronto, marketers were planning to promote packages to Cuba. However, with the help of Adobe Analytics, they discovered travelers in the area were more interested in Jamaica. was able to alter its offerings accordingly and provide customers the best deals for Jamaica instead.
