Internet Marketing Inc. (IMI) Joins Council for Supplier DiversitySAN DIEGO, May 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Internet Marketing Inc. (IMI) has joined the Council for Supplier Diversity in support of the nonprofit organization’s focus on expanding business opportunities for women, minority, service disabled veteran, and other diverse business enterprises. As part of its membership, IMI commits to promoting business opportunities for diverse suppliers, support community economic initiatives, and participate in the local activities of the Council for Supplier Diversity, among other requirements. “IMI continues to grow and with that growth comes a social responsibility to give back to our community,” says Jason Brigham, VP, Marketing & Sales Operations at IMI. “We, as a comany, believe in the goals the Council for Supplier Diversity works hard to achieve year after year.” The Council has identified five specific economic empowerment zones, which include El Cajon, National City/Imperial Beach, Escondido/San Marcos, Lemon Grove/SE San Diego, and Vista/Oceanside. Council initiatives are delivered first among these local communities. The Young Entrepreneur Academy, Call Service and Training Center program, and bi-monthly community meetings are all part of the list of initiatives, which have been created and maintained over the past decade.
