The evaluation aimed to assess performance in a holistic way and focused on the following categories:
TTA (News - Alert) achieved an impressive overall score of 98.9% out of a possible 100% on this Supplier Performance Evaluation. For the last two decades, IBM has relied on TTA to support various learning initiatives in order to increase its' training capacity and capabilities.
