Leading telecom solutions provider Equinox Information Systems reports that NICE inContact has upgraded to the latest version of the TeleLink usage analytics platform and added the routing assurance module. NICE, the worldwide leading provider of cloud and on-premises enterprise software solutions, turned to Equinox for this latest project based on the long-standing relationship between the two companies. NICE inContact has been relying on Equinox’s business assurance solutions since 2003 when they first selected and licensed TeleLink for mediation and reporting.
