Lazada Goes to the Mall with a Pop-Up Celebration at Plaza SingapuraSINGAPORE, April 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lazada, the number-one shopping and selling destination in Southeast Asia, is bringing the popular online shopping experience to the mall, offering shoppers flash deals and giveaways worth up to $120,000.
In a one-of-its-kind online-to-offline (O2O) event at Plaza Singapura, Lazada is partnering 20 global brands and local sellers to broaden its engagement with Singapore shoppers. The two-day event, which kicks off Lazada's 6th Birthday celebrations, features exciting booth activities, 16 on-stage performances, and 6,000 giveaways to dazzle and engage visitors of all ages. The celebrations will culminate in a sale that starts on 24th April on Lazada.SG. Global brands like Benefit and Shiseido, along with local small-medium enterprises (SMEs) like Nutrition Depot and The Liquor Shop will come together to offer a plethora of activities like complimentary makeovers, free-flow sampling of drinks, and exciting games with great prizes, to name a few. The move is part of Lazada's efforts to broaden its engagement with Singapore shoppers, particularly in the offline space. By partnering with 20 of Singapore's favourite brands and local sellers, it caters to their varying shopping needs and preferences. To inject more fun into the shopping experience, Lazada will unveil their new "Shakin' Deals", an in-app game on the final day of the event that allows shoppers to win vouchers of up to $120. At 12pm and 9pm on 15th April, shoppers can log in to their Lazada app and shake their phones for a chance to win these vouchers. The game will be available until 23rd April and registered users can access the vouchers in their personal Lazada Wallet, to check out on 24th April.
