The annual Student Housing Business Innovator Awards honor excellence in development, architecture, sustainable design, financing, and amenities in student housing properties. More than 100 student housing and collegiate experts evaluated this year's entries. 114 Earle was selected for its exceptional design, best-in-market amenities, leasing performance, and vibrant downtown location, fitting the needs of students and the community.
