Fuze Receives Overall "Favorable" Rating in Aragon Research's Vendor Power Rating Report

Aragon Research's Vendor Power Ratings are a comprehensive evaluation of leading providers in their respective markets. They evaluate vendors in three categories--Product Offerings, Corporate Viability, and Go-To-Market approach--and nine subcategories, assigning ratings ranging from 'Unfavorable' up to 'Very Favorable.' The Vendor Power Rating: Fuze, Inc. report also provides an overview of the current state of the Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Collaboration (UCC) market.

The Aragon Research report gave Fuze a 'Very Favorable' rating in Product Offerings and 'Favorable' ratings in the Corporate Viability and Go-To-Market categories. Previously, Aragon Research included Fuze in multiple reports:

In the Vendor Power Rating: Fuze, Inc. report, Analysts Jim Lundy and Adrian Bowles said the UCC market is evolving as vendors integrate more services and leverage multi-communication offerings. According to Aragon Research, demand for key elements of the UCC platform is being influenced by shifts in the market, including voice services moving to SaaS (News - Alert) and hybrid cloud, and increased demand for web and video conferencing services.
