Snap up a New Advertising Opportunity With Aitarget

LONDON, Nov. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Aitarget, the official reseller of Facebook and Instagram advertisements, has opened access to advertising on Snapchat. Now Aitarget's clients can better reach the audience of American and European millennials on their favourite social network.

By using Aitarget, advertisers can now g?t access to Snap Ads, the most popular advertising format on the network. Brands will be able to place 10-second videos according to one of three targeted actions: redirecting to a website and purchasing on a website; installing an application; or viewing a more detailed video about a brand or a product.

Ilya Lagutin, Aitarget's CEO and founder, says, "We have started testing Snap Ads with some of our client this July. While promoting a mobile game the installation price was lower than by similar channels. In e-commerce we could also see a lower CPM than in other sources: the cost appears lower because it is formed by auction and there are fewer Snapchat advertisers than in other social networks."

The worldwide Snapchat audience consists of 178 million daly active users. More than 90 million people use the application in the United States. Most of them, according to eMarketer, are teenagers and younger adults (12-24 years old). Apart from the United States, the largest social network markets are Great Britain, France, Germany, and Saudi Arabia.

"We provide the same targeting options which are available in the social network. We offer our own platform for automatisation and conversion optimisation, which is not available to advertisers who use Snapchat directly," Lagutin emphasises. "Customers will be able to choose users' gender, age, language, location, connection type, operating system, and mobile operator."

Audience-wise, Snap Ads work best for the 15-30 year old age group. Aitarget discovered that Snapchat shows extremely good results in countries where Snapchat-to-Facebook or Snapchat-to-Instagram user rate is highest. France, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, and the United Kingdom are among the strongest and most promising markets.

Client-wise, gaming, retail, and ecommerce are the best performing, with CPI rates for gaming being up to 30-40% less than on Facebook, and CPMs with e-commerce being 20-25% less. Snap Ads also perform well for entertainment and professional services.
