Micro Strategies Inc. Acquires Reseller Business of Siwel ConsultingPARSIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Micro Strategies Inc., has acquired the value-added reseller arm, along with sales and technical resources of Siwel Consulting, Inc., a leading New York-based I/T Solution Provider for Fortune 1000 companies. Micro Strategies and Siwel Consulting have also entered into a Partnership Agreement to jointly market each company's solutions. This partnership will enable the two companies to leverage each other's strengths and provide customers with enhanced Cloud, Security, Analytics, Infrastructure, ECM/BPM, and SAM/ITAM Managed Services and solutions. This acquisition also enhances the relationship with the companies' partners, including IBM, Cisco, HPE, NetApp, Microsoft, and Red Hat.
